@Nomar, Nice. Yeah, I used to do a lot of link building myself, but now I outsource it as well. I tend to stay away from “cheap” link building and wouldn’t mind to pay a lit more for a better service. Now I mostly use people I used before which proved to do good work that showed results for me in the past.

I just started a new site, football related (world cup craze :p). It needs backlinks, normally I do it myself… think I am going to outsource some and see how it works out..

The thing is.. the cheap link building services I just don’t really trust…

@Derek, exactly. The main challenge is to know how to outsource and get the quality product in the end. I will be writing on how I do it in the next few posts.
I want to do an actual write up on a new project that I have in mind and write as it gets developed, just need to find a good small project for the example.

Outsource off the work that makes sense to outsource. I was like you and unwilling to outsource anything when I first started off. Nowadays, I outsource everything thats not mission critical.

$500 spent on a project and that gave you 3 months to spend with your wife. Priceless.
